Expect conflict

We are told to avoid conflict. Mostly good advice but conflict is ever near and not always avoidable. Conflict tests opinion, sometimes strengthening a position, on other occasions provoking transformation. We should be trained for conflict, however hard we may try to avoid it. And we should be trained to know when conflict is necessary.
